Cornerstone Ops Advisory is led by Victor Sajowa, Fractional COO and Senior Operations & Business Improvement Advisor, with 35 years of hospitality operations and leadership experience across multi-site logistics, stock control, team management and cost reduction.
We work with businesses and organisations seeking practical, measurable improvements—not reports that sit on a shelf.
Victor has completed Highfield Food Safety Level 3 e-learning through SSP Academy, covering HACCP, contamination control, food safety management and supervisory practices.
